The water in the Black Sea is far from black, its turquoise blue and has a temperature of 24 degrees in the summer.

The sea water is not very salt because the whole Black Sea is surrounded by land and the only salt water that comes in the sea is coming from the river the Bosporus, who is the only connection with the Mediterranean Sea. The sea gradually goes deeper and there is virtually no tides so this makes it a perfect holiday destination for families. If you are lucky you can see dolphins swimming a long the coast.

Property Investment

The area known as Sunny Beach is a particular focus of attention for foreign investors as it offers beautiful beaches as well as highly attractive property prices. Investment in the area is increasing due to the unique potential.

What many are coming to realise is the great investment market in this country, property prices remain low despite the fact some properties have seen their value double since 2002. Projected figures for 2005 suggest similar capital growth.

Bulgaria is an associated member of NATO since March 2004. The European Community full membership should be completed in 2007 and this is when the largest growth in property prices is foreseen to happen.

The fact remains that we have a very obvious window of opportunity to maximise our investment. Our focus on investment means we can instantly recognise the high potential of well located properties such as the sought after resort of Sunny Beach located on the Black Sea Coast.

Today offers a golden opportunity for serious investment!
